In December, New Zealand will host the World Business Capability Congress incorporating the 27th NZOQ Conference, 7th International Benchmarking Conference, and New Zealand Business Excellence Awards.

The theme of the congress is “Driving Excellence> Innovation> Productivity> Export Growth”.
