Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe
KTV Consulting Ltd worked with Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe to assist in the development of the Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe Strategic Plan.
KTV Consulting Ltd’s role in the project was to facilitate and provide insight into determining population outcomes and performance measures for Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe using the Results-Based Accountability™ framework.

KTV Consulting Ltd were able to work with the organization as a whole so that at every level, Kaimahi through to governance, there was a clear understanding of both Results-Based Accountability™ and the new strategic direction of Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe.
Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe have completed their strategic plan which has since been approved by their Board.
KTV Consulting Ltd assisted this organisation in determining their three population outcomes: Vibrant Community, Healthy Whanau, and to Lead by Example.
Te Hau Ora O Kaikohe now uses these three outcomes to frame and focus all related mahi.
